Responsibilities:
Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
Demonstrate vehicles including test drives
Maintain a prospect development system
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them quality and efficiency of service repair and maintenance available in our expert service department
Service to sales, talking to service customers and converting them to purchase a vehicle, trading in the vehicle for service.
No experience required
Bi-lingual - Spanish/English
Positive upbeat and outgoing personality
Self motivated
Professional well-groomed personal appearance
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid in-state driver's license and with no major moving violations
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
