As an Ice Cream Server, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by serving delicious treats to our customers. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing ice cream cones, sundaes, and other frozen desserts, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on flavors, toppings, and menu options.
• Prepare and serve ice cream cones, cups, sundaes, and other frozen desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stock ice cream flavors, toppings, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Upsell additional items, such as beverages or merchandise, to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of ice cream flavors and toppings is desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays. (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends Mandatory)
