Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, fully licensed LCSW to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, clinically driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This hybrid role includes three in-person days at our New Jersey office and two days of telehealth. After-hours availability is required, including at least two evenings per week.

 In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, this role requires the ability to provide clinical supervision to non–fully licensed providers in New Jersey in accordance with state regulations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population
• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed or associate-level clinicians in New Jersey 
• Maintain a consistent caseload with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions
• Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and thorough manner
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and ethical guidelines

 Compensation

• Minimum Guarantee: $1,500 per week until caseload is established
• Earning Potential: Up to $125,000 annually with a full caseload
• Benefits Support: $800 per month contribution toward benefits
• Supervision Compensation: $150 per hour per week for supervising LSWs
• Payment Model: CPT code–based compensation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Meets New Jersey requirements to provide clinical supervision 
• Current and active NJ license (LPC or LCSW) required
• Dual licensure in PA strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain PA licensure
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
• Comfortable working evening hours as part of weekly schedule
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to client care
