Description
  • Serving as Store Set Coordinator, overseeing retail store setup projects from planning through execution
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing planograms to support effective and consistent product placement
  • Designing, building, and implementing racking systems, bins, and custom retail display solutions
  • Managing in-store display builds to ensure quality, safety, visual impact, and brand alignment
  • Sourcing materials and negotiating project and material costs to maintain budget efficiency
  • Managing the workshop and merchandising teams, including scheduling, delegation, training, and performance oversight
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts to optimize retail product displays and workflows
  • Ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant work environment across workshops, warehouses, and job sites
  • Overseeing warehouse improvement projects, as well as building, facility, and maintenance projects
  • Assisting sales representatives with route support when operational capacity and scheduling allow

Salary based on experience, up to $60K annually.
