Microsoft Tools Expertise: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to streamline operations and assist team members with software-related queries. Operate as the Administrator for Business Central, responsible for permissions, securities, and role assignments.
Outlook Management: Support email configuration, troubleshooting, and user training on Outlook to enhance communication and email security within the organization.
eCommerce Support: Assist in the management of our eCommerce platform, ensuring functionality, security, and optimal user experience. Collaborate with marketing and product design teams to optimize online sales.
Hardware Knowledge: Provide technical support for hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs as necessary for all locations.
User Support: Serve as a point of contact for IT support requests, resolving issues efficiently and providing exceptional service to staff.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain user guides and documentation for IT processes and tools. Conduct training sessions for staff on software and hardware usage.
System Maintenance and Compliance: Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security, including any sandbox and/or test environments, as well as our integrated bolt-on applications. Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices. Ensure all testing and compliance is always up to date.
Property Security Systems: Maintain security cameras (hardware and software) for all warehouse/office locations.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in an IT support role, with a focus on Microsoft tools and eCommerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook functionalities.
Familiarity with eCommerce-related systems (SEO/SEM, CRO, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, analytic tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other web analytics platforms) and sales funnel management.
Understanding of hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with network configurations and basic cybersecurity practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified).
Knowledge in Power Apps for Microsoft (Power Automate, CoPilot, Bower BI Reporting)
