Customer Account Assistant
Description

Accountabilities:

  • Monitor, verify, request, and apply account payments for customer(s).
  • Ensure all completed PO’s have been invoiced.
  • Assist in receiving/stocking inventory placed on PO’s.
  • Count and maintain inventory levels for specified products.
  • Fulfill hardware orders.
  • Ensure production of material has been completed for each project.  
  • Schedule delivery of completed material to each project.
  • Review floor plans and selections for project.
  • Assist Inside Sales team as needed.
  • Communicate with Account team for all project statuses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. 


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
  • Computer knowledge
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs 

Knowledge and Skills:

  •  Strong time management and organizational skills 
  •  High attention to detail and accuracy 
  •  Basic math skills for inventory, payments, and order verification 
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers 
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
