Our platform is built to accommodate operators from independent restaurateurs to regional and national chains

Overview

We’re looking for a top-tier Senior Financial Analyst to join our lean, high-impact Finance team. This person will be a key driver of how we plan, forecast, measure, and tell the story of the business. Ideal candidates bring experience from banking, consulting, or high-growth SaaS, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited to help scale a business with data, discipline, and insight.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Planning: Own and refine the company’s operating and financial model; build driver-based forecasts, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses; and partner with leadership to update assumptions and budget variance drivers.
  • Reporting & Insights: Design and deliver monthly KPI dashboards for leadership and the board; prepare monthly BvA reporting to analyze variances; and build compelling decks to communicate insights clearly.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a cross-functional thought partner to Sales, CS, Product, and Ops; support go-to-market planning and commercial analysis; and help teams translate revenue goals into capacity, hiring, and spend needs.
  • Data + Revenue Support: Work closely with Billing and RevOps on ARR, expansion, churn, and retention; track SaaS unit economics (CAC, LTV, Gross Margins); and assist with cohort analysis and pricing impact.
  • Strategic Projects: Support fundraising or board prep, including narrative development; evaluate business cases for new initiatives and products; and drive automation and process improvement across finance workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6+ years in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or SaaS finance.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling ninja) and strong slide-building & narrative ability (storytelling in PowerPoint is a must).
  • SaaS Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention, CAC, NRR, etc.).
  • Systems: Familiarity with modern tools is a plus (NetSuite, Salesforce, Chargebee, Mosaic, Looker, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Comfort with ambiguity and moving "big rocks" with limited direction; ability to dive into the weeds while remaining focused on high-level strategy.

What We Offer

  • High Impact: The opportunity to shape the finance function of a fast-growing SaaS company and work directly with the CFO and executive team.
  • Visibility & Autonomy: A high-visibility role with real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to influence major business decisions.
  • Growth Environment: A collaborative culture energized by growth and change, offering significant career progression opportunities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Supplemental national holidays, parental, personal, bereavement, and reproductive loss leave plans etc.
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Retirement plans with 401(k) match
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development
  • Vibrant company culture with frequent team-building events
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and inclusivity
