At MOXY, the front desk is more than a desk; it’s the heartbeat of the hotel. We’re looking for a confident, service-driven Front Desk Supervisor who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys blending hospitality, events, and social experiences. This role supports the daily operation of the front desk and front desk bar, while also assisting with on-property events and activations that bring the MOXY vibe to life.
This position will require flexible scheduling availability.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure guests experience seamless service from check-in to last call.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
- Support the front desk bar operation, ensuring responsible service, brand standards, and a great guest experience
- Assist with hotel events and activations, including setup, execution, guest flow, and service support
- Serve as a key point of contact for guests, team members, and vendors
- Ensure all front desk team members are trained on service standards, brand expectations, and guest recovery procedures
- Process guest payments and resolve billing questions according to hotel standards
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to the management team
- Assist with team member scheduling, coverage, and daily task coordination
- Actively engage with guests in public spaces, creating a fun, welcoming, and social atmosphere consistent with the MOXY brand
This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support business needs and event schedules.

- Approachable, positive, and visible on the floor—this is a leadership-through-presence role
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods
- Schedule varies based on occupancy, seasonality, events, and staffing needs
