What You’ll Do as an AVO TACO bartender, you’ll:

• Craft cocktails with care, precision, and flair, following our signature recipes while adding your own personal touch.
• Bring your positive, upbeat attitude to every shift – your energy sets the tone!
• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and help them choose the perfect drink or dish from our menu.
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, and sparkling clean while providing fast, attentive service.
• Ensure responsible service by following company guidelines for serving alcohol.
• Complete opening and closing duties to set the stage for a fun, smooth service.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our perfect bartender is outgoing, upbeat, and knows how to work the crowd. You’ll be the life of the party, mixing drinks, and spreading smiles, while keeping cool under pressure. If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and love making people feel welcome, AVO TACO is the place for you!

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of bartending experience and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• A positive attitude and work ethic that can light up the room.
• The ability to lift 12 kg and complete the physical tasks of the job.
• Great multitasking skills with an eye for detail and follow-through.
• A sense of integrity and reliability – your team and guests can count on you!
• Strong organization skills and the flexibility to handle changing priorities.

 $17.50 – $25.00 + per hour (including tips)

Base hourly rate meets or exceeds NY tipped minimum wage. Tips are earned in addition and vary by shift, volume, and experience
