Compensation:

• $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate) 
• Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
• One Hour Lunch Break
• One Saturday a Month
• Closed Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Honda vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, providing accurate and thorough inspections.
• Complete iService inspections with every vehicle.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status and recommend additional services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety procedures and protocols.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Honda or similar brands.
• ASE certification preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
