Requirements
- Make outbound calls to consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a professional manner
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Document all interactions and account activities accurately in the system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Handle disputes or inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Follow all company and client guidelines to ensure legal and ethical collection practices
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in third-party collections or outbound sales (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve customer concerns
- Capable of identifying solutions and making sound decisions
- Dependable, ethical, and detail-oriented in all tasks
