Eravant is a high performing tech company looking for an Electronics (RF) Technician to join our Passive Line team! The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, independently working, quick-thinker with a knack for problem solving and an interest in RF technology and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows controlled layouts and/or drawings. Follows verbal instructions when required for escalated cases.
• Possesses assembly, testing, and troubleshooting mastery over 60% of Eravant’s Passive Line products.
• Possesses basic understanding of the use and proper calibration of test equipment used in support of RF products, including but not limited to Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters and Signal Generators.
• Completes inline inspection or peer review to ensure parts and assemblies meet production/ Quality specifications and standards.
• Accurately completes device paperwork and Quality documentation.
• Completes assigned work orders within the NetSuite time estimates.
• Responsible for following the company safety and ESD regulations at all times.
• Ensures work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guidelines.
• Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree in a technical field, or HS Diploma plus 1 year of experience in RF testing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• High degree of dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to use hand tools and work with delicate products and parts.
• Must have decent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus.
• Basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English.
