Description
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information.
- Support service technicians with parts for repair orders.
- Maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records.
- Participate in promotional events and dealership activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
