We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance at our dealership. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who knows how to desk deals, coach talent, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage the sales team
- Desk deals and structure transactions efficiently and compliantly
- Train and coach sales consultants on GM products, incentives, and sales processes
- Monitor inventory levels and support pricing and merchandising strategies
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Ensure compliance with GM and dealership policies and standards

Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive sales management experience (preferred)
- Chevrolet / GM dealership experience strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of GM incentives, rebates, and programs
- Proven ability to desk deals and close transactions
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
