We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance at our dealership. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who knows how to desk deals, coach talent, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales operations and manage the sales team
     
  • Desk deals and structure transactions efficiently and compliantly
     
  • Train and coach sales consultants on GM products, incentives, and sales processes
     
  • Monitor inventory levels and support pricing and merchandising strategies
     
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
     
  • Ensure compliance with GM and dealership policies and standards

Requirements
  • 2+ years of automotive sales management experience (preferred)  
  • Chevrolet / GM dealership experience strongly preferred  
  • In-depth knowledge of GM incentives, rebates, and programs  
  • Proven ability to desk deals and close transactions  
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills  
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented mindset  
  • Valid driver’s license

Salary Description
Exempt Salary + Commission
