You will start your day from home and go to your first residential service or maintenance call. After diagnosing the issue, you will present homeowners with options for repair, enhancements and/or new equipment. New equipment opportunities are handled by our Comfort Advisors who are on standby to promptly present options. You will be paid commission on all new equipment sales and repairs, in addition to 5 Star Review pay up to $50 per review, and 4% commission on any leads flipped to our other trade departments.

3 + years of residential service experience (not including trade school)

Valid Driving license with a good driving record

HVAC Technician registration with TDLR

EPA Type II

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate

Service Titan experience preferred

Sales background a huge plus!
