Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the help and support they need:

  • Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care, whether they’re reporting claims or seeking assistance
  • New Claims Reporting: Help customers start their claims journey with efficiency and empathy
  • Data Entry: Accurately gather and enter confidential information into our systems
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Uphold AFIC's commitment to quality, leaving customers with a positive experience
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative with a passion for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping things running smoothly. If you're organized, responsible, and confident on the phone, you’ll be a great fit for this role.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong attendance and dependability
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections
  • Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid PC skills and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
  • High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience is a plus!)
