What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure they receive outstanding support:

  • Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
  • Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative who thrives on assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, dependable, and confident on the phone, this role is a great fit for you.

  • Degree Highly preferred
  • Insurance Industry experience preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong attendance record and dependability
  • Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
