Well established Long Beach Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience.  This position offers a Partnership track.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients at different WCAB's
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on plans of action and case handling recommendations
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications: 

• Current member of the California State Bar with no disciplinary actions 

• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Workers' Compensation law 

• Familiarity with various Workers' Compensation legal documents and procedures 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to build rapport with clients 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
