What You’ll Do

As a Prep Cook, you’ll:

  • Prepare high-quality food consistently and efficiently according to Cattlemens’ recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure all food items meet presentation and portion standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace that meets all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support the kitchen team with prep, organization, and communication throughout service.
  • Take pride in your craft—because guest satisfaction comes before anything else.
