Job Description:

Join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional service in an upscale dining environment. As a Bartender/ Food & Beverage Server, you will cater to our members with a member-first attitude, ensuring a warm, personalized, and memorable dining experience every time. This role focuses primarily on bartending duties while also providing food service support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Engage with members and guests in a courteous, professional manner
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
• Serve food and beverages to members in a timely and courteous manner
• Open, close, and reconcile the cash register
• Be visible and approachable for member service 
• Know daily menu items and specials
• Set up and bus tables efficiently
• Carry trays of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and all      dining areas
• Assist with inventory management and stock dry goods
• Keep the Grill Room, bar, and counter areas clean and      fully stocked
• Set up for events (may include heavy lifting and      moving furniture)
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation and      member satisfaction
• Follow all proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Secure front and back of house at the end of shift

• Reliable transportation
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and drink
• POS system experience (preferred)
• Food Handler Certificate (must be current or training will be provided if needed)
• Previous experience and/or bartending skills (a plus, but not required – training available)
