Description

· Trained on product lines, able to read and interpret the product codes

· Order entry as and when needed

· Help customers with tracking and assisting in general inquiries

· Sample preparation for all customers

· Manage large amounts of incomings calls

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

· To check emails and respond with acknowledgement within 2 business hours, when applicable

· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling

· Follow up with existing customers by making calls or sending emails

· Maintain a positive relationship with new clients to facilitate future sales

· Audit invoices

· To be able to handle work pressure

· Handle changes in policies or renewals

Requirements

· Associates or College degree is preferred

· Prior Experience in customers services is preferred

· Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, P21 preferred

· Self-motivated and determined to succeed in a performance-based role

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Salary Description
$40,000–$50,000 per year
