Force Building Services is actively hiring a Licensed Electrician to support commercial and industrial electrical projects. What You’ll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems and equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs efficiently and safely
  • Work with electrical components including motors, transformers, generators, panels, and lighting systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements
  • Collaborate with project leadership, technicians, and support teams
  • Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job progress

Requirements

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within the state and/or region
  • Out-of-state travel opportunities available depending on project needs
  • Travel time, lodging, and per diem provided per company policy (where applicable)


Required Qualifications

  • Valid state electrical license (Journeyman or equivalent, depending on state)
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Electrical Trainee Card (where required or applicable by state)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet client site requirements
Salary Description
Based on license and experience $27-$38/hr
