Carolina Chillers, LLC specializes in HVAC service, controls, installation, maintenance agreements, parts, equipment, and equipment relocations, as well as complete system evaluations to determine building and facility efficiency. We are a licensed, full service mechanical contractor for all types of mechanical equipment including air handlers, cooling towers, motors, pumps, valves, controls, variable frequency drives, data room HVAC, and chillers. Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and teammates, assisting with daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative activities and social media activities.
This position works together with the department leaders to provide support to the entire organization.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains a clean and orderly office environment daily.

Education and Training Requirements (licenses, programs or certificates)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years minimum of administrative experience preferred
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Knowledge of appropriate software including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
