We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Planner / Scheduler to support our shop operations, improve workflow efficiency, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer expectations.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the shop production schedule for repair, rewind, and field service work
  • Plan labor and job routing based on capacity, priorities, and due dates
  • Coordinate with shop supervisors, technicians, sales, purchasing, and customer service
  • Review work orders, scope, labor estimates, and materials availability
  • Monitor job progress and update schedules to address changes or constraints
  • Track backlog, turnaround times, and on-time delivery performance
  • Ensure accurate job documentation and service repair reports
  • Support quoting and lead-time commitments with accurate scheduling input
  • Assist with continuous improvement of workflow, job coordination, and scheduling processes
  • Ensure scheduling practices align with EASA standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations
  • Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial repair, manufacturing, warehouse, or service scheduling preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel 

Preferred· Electric motor repair, industrial service, or EASA shop experience· MotorBase Software, ERP or other scheduling system experience· APICS / ASCM background or supply chain experience

 Pay:  $52,00 - $72,800 annually
