Customer Support Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- Communicating with customers
- Providing solutions to customer needs
- Monitor deliveries resolving any issues
- Completing and processing reports
Requirements
Customer Support Agent requirements include the following.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
