If you are seeking a new opportunity, we are currently recruiting a Customer Support Agent.


Customer Support Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

  • Communicating with customers
  • Providing solutions to customer needs
  • Monitor deliveries resolving any issues 
  • Completing and processing reports


Requirements

Customer Support Agent requirements include the following.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
