 Technical Competencies:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude 
  • Physically capable of performing outdoor labor 
  • Solid knowledge of landscape & irrigation industry techniques and best practices  
  • Operate vehicles responsibly, including proper load securement and safe trailer maneuvering (clean driving record required) 
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Perform hands-on outdoor landscaping and irrigation tasks, including dirt work, retaining walls, planting, irrigation installation & repairs, etc.
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  •  Lead and supervise maintenance crews on daily job sites
  •  Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities
  •  Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
  •  Operate and oversee the safe use of equipment and tools, plus company vehicles and machinery.
  •   Communicate with management regarding schedules, materials, and progress
  •  Accurately complete and submit timesheets, plus submit receipts to office for purchases

Job Type:   Full-time

Pay Rate:  From $19/hr

Schedule:                        Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)

Experience:                    Landscaping & Irrigation Industry -Minimum 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: Driver's License with clean driving record (Required)

Ability to Commute:    Greenbrier, AR 72058 (Required)

Work Location:              In person

Requirements
  • Previous industry experience in Landscape & Irrigation (minimum 1 year required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Prior leadership or foreman experience, preferred 
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
