Description

  

Chevo is currently hiring a Policy Management Analyst to join our expanding firm to join our DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Sector Management (CISA SM) team. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform/summarize complex research and have federal agency strategy and policy drafting and implementation experience and facilitation senior executive level cross-agency forums. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with the client site located in Arlington, VA.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Policy Analysis
    • Rapidly understand Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) business processes and the policies that define priorities for the agency.
    • Support research, analysis, and development of written products for strategy and policy documents.
    • Work closely with CISA SED stakeholders to gather, analyze, and communicate key data and findings.
    • Write clear, detailed documentation and reports tailored to a variety of audiences.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Communication
    • Interacts with multiple project team members and client personnel at various organizational levels and incorporates information gathered.
    • Supports the development and production of a variety of documents focused on communicating information to Federal government stakeholders.
    • Prepares agendas, facilitates meetings, transcribes meeting notes, tracks necessary information, and creates reports.
    • Create and coordinate strategic meeting support products of professional quality which shall include products free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors including but not limited to briefing memos, presentations, and talking points.
    • Analyze, synthesize, and convey information into client deliverables intended for use by non-technical audiences.
    • Plan strategically for clients’ activities and requirements.

   

Requirements

  

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship (mandatory for federal engagement).
  • Active Public Trust Clearance.
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to produce clear, concise, and audience-tailored content.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished and professional image to clients.

Preferred:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Previous experience with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), specifically Sector Risk Management Agency or Infrastructure Risk Sector related work
  • Previous experience in consulting, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, program evaluation, or a related role.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Active DHS/CISA Entry of Delivery (EOD) clearance.

SALARY RANGE: $91,000 - $107,000
