• Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist Assistant
• Location: Northfield Retirement Community
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week. Treatment time will primarily be in Northfield and Faribault coverage as needed.  
• Settings: This position will treat in an Assisted/Independent Living and outpatient setting.  100 percent Geriatric caseload.

Our Private Practice location within the Northfield Retirement Community sees a variety of patients from the ALF campus as well as the community given you a great variety of diagnoses on your caseload.
