We are seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone interested in learning mold fabrication and vacuum-forming tooling while working alongside experienced technicians in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with building, repairing, and maintaining fiberglass      vacuum-forming molds
• Support mold shop operations, including tool preparation and      housekeeping
• Learn vacuum-forming and thermoforming processes
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, tooling, carpentry, or fiberglass      work preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical job duties in a manufacturing      environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
