Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Influencer & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to join our social media and content team. This role will focus on building, managing, and scaling relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brands—particularly within the family, kids, home, and lifestyle spaces.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and creative, with a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content performance. You’ll work closely with our social media, brand, and operations teams to support influencer campaigns from outreach to execution, while helping bring authentic, engaging content to life across our platforms.
We are a collaborative, tight-knit team where the right person will make a meaningful impact on our influencer strategy and overall brand growth.
- Identify, source, and manage influencer and creator partnerships aligned with brand values and campaign goals
- Coordinate influencer outreach, communication, and relationship management from initial contact through content delivery
- Assist with influencer contracts, agreements, gifting, and product order placement
- Track influencer deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and Social Media team to align influencer content with broader marketing initiatives
- Support user-generated content integration across organic social, paid media, and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor social media trends and emerging creators to identify new partnership opportunities
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, performance metrics, and creator databases
- Provide influencer performance insights and reporting to help optimize future campaigns
- Candidate will primarily work across our children’s brands, so they should have a passion for creating content that supports brand messaging and youthful brand voice. Brands include: @maxandlilyfurniture and @maxtrixkidsfurniture
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creating partnerships, social media coordination, or a related role
Specific skills we’re looking for:
- Strong communication for influencer outreach and relationship management
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work efficiently across different brands and social media channels
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting
- Creativity and trend awareness
- Experience with Shopify, Canva, and Sprout Social preferred (not required)
- Basic copy and content review skills
- Strong attention to detail
