BuildCore is currently expanding our network of renovation partners. We work across multiple markets, partnering with reliable vendors for property renovations, turns, and related services in Single Family, Multi-Family, and Commercial properties. 

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to build strong, long-term relationships with companies that share our commitment to quality, communication, and efficiency. 

To be eligible to be added to our team of 1099 Subcontractors/Vendors, you must meet the following requirements: 

· Business License (Including EIN) 

· COI Coverage – Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance to be considered. Valid WC exemptions are acceptable. 

· Completed W-9 Form 

· Able to generate an invoice for completed work and understand our invoicing processes for project manager approval. 

· Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when working with our team members. 

· Respect customers’ property and leave the work area clean and follow guidelines set forth by OSHA. 

· Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos to our project manager, communicate any issues that may arise and assist with troubleshooting how to resolve any issues. 

· Must have reliable crews to meet completion deadlines set forth by our clients. 

· Ability to start a job, once it is assigned, within 24-48 hours. 

· Must possess and be able to use necessary tools to complete demolition or installation including power tools, drills, jigsaws, etc. 

· Ability to read and understand the scope of work assigned. 

We also offer an optional advancement program to all of our vendors for 25% materials cost, 75% early final completion payment, and 100% early final completion payment if 25% materials were not advanced.
