We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HMIS (Homelessness Management Information System)/CMIS System Administrator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting homelessness providers across the state of Idaho. The ideal candidate will be able to travel within the state, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. 


In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and provide comprehensive training to homelessness providers across the state of Idaho on the use of the HMIS platform and related tools
  • Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure effective system utilization
  • Manage and execute complex federal reporting requirements
  • Monitor homelessness providers to ensure they are meeting data and non-data quality standards
  • Maintain, develop, and update HMIS policy and procedure documents
  • Provide expert recommendations and guidance to the House Idaho Collaborative committees
  • Make determinations on corrective actions for providers and subrecipients, notifying the appropriate agencies of findings
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of HUD HMIS Regulations and HMIS Data and Technical Standards
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience considered
  • Demonstrated experience with training, computer systems, and data analysis
  • Willingness to travel within the state of Idaho routinely
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of homeless service delivery systems preferred
  • Bilingual skills are not required, but persons who speak or sign additional languages are encouraged to apply
