Frank Liquor Company is now hiring a Delivery Driver Helper. This position supports our CDL Delivery Drivers by assisting with the physical movement and delivery of beer and/or liquor to customer accounts. Driver helpers are required to consistently handle products weighing between 30-160 lbs throughout the day, including navigating stairs, ramps, curbs, and other obstacles. Additionally, this position includes merchandising all beer and liquor products at customer locations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Support delivery drivers in transporting and delivering pre-ordered products to various customer locations across 17 counties in Wisconsin.
• Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, with some items weighing up to 160 lbs., at customer sites.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products, as well as create displays at customer locations.
• Foster positive relationships with both customers and team members.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May be required to have a valid drivers license. 
• Must have a safe driving record that meets the requirements of the FBG Safety Team.
• Ability to drive full-size cargo vans and various-sized SUV’s is beneficial.
• Ability to operate various pallet jacks preferred.

Safety and Equipment:

• Steel Toe Shoes/proper work attire

Physical Requirement Summary:

• Ability to regularly lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including up and down stairs, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.
