Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition, including neurological and muscular status

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies

- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required

- Experience with Mechanical Lifts or a willingness to learn how to use

- Prior experience working with neuromuscular patients preferred

- Knowledge of neuromuscular disorders and related care techniques preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail

- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain patient safety
