Digital Marketing Specialist

CTech Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, web merchandising, campaign support, competitor research, and marketing performance reporting. This position plays a key role in executing the company’s digital strategy and improving web-based lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign performance.


This role maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Marketing Manager, who defines campaign strategy and creative direction. The Digital Marketing Specialist will turn these strategies into actionable digital execution across paid channels, search, web content, and analytics.


The ideal candidate is data-curious, self-driven, and ready to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment. They will also assist with photography and video capture during industry events and tradeshows to support content and brand development.


Requirements
  • Execute Digital Campaigns: Manage the day-to-day execution of SEO, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Support Lead Generation Efforts: Create, launch, and update campaign assets, landing pages, and traffic-driving initiatives designed for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Coordinate Paid Media Budgets & Targeting: Track campaign budgets, assist with audience segmentation, and adjust ad delivery based on performance and ROI trends.
  • Assist with Organic Media Execution: Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of non-paid content across CTech’s organic media channels, including social platforms, blog posts, and press releases. Coordinate with the Brand Manager to ensure messaging aligns with campaign strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Manage Web Merchandising & Updates: Maintain and update product pages, promotional content, and landing pages to reflect seasonal campaigns, events, and product priorities.
  • Support A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Assist in the testing of site layouts, messaging, and forms to improve conversion rates and overall engagement.
  • Own Marketing Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain GA4 and Power BI dashboards; regularly report on traffic, conversion metrics, and lead performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze Website & Campaign Performance: Monitor and interpret key marketing metrics, identifying performance patterns and areas for improvement across digital channels.
  • Conduct Market & Competitor Research: Compile insights from digital competitors, trends, and audience behavior to inform campaign planning and positioning.
  • Support Email Marketing Initiatives: Execute basic audience segmentation, campaign setup, and performance analysis for lifecycle and outbound marketing emails.
  • Support Tradeshow & Event Marketing: Assist with digital promotion for industry events, including pre- and post-show content. Capture on-site photography and video at tradeshows, motorsports events, and product installations. Help install media equipment, organize files, and support content handoff for campaign use.
  • Support Cross-Functional Marketing Initiatives: Assist with vendor coordination, internal testing projects, and other collaborative efforts as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or web merchandising 
  • Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz)
  • Comfortable working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to interpret basic performance reports and campaign metrics
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple departments
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for events and shoots


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) or B2B commerce platforms such as OroCommerce
  • Interest in photography or video editing
  • Education or project experience related to B2B or B2C marketing strategy
  • Work Environment: This role is based at our headquarters in Weston, Wisconsin. Occasional travel required (up to 10%) for photoshoots, events, or vendor meetings.
