Responsibilities:

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll take the lead in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems, typically completing 4–5 service calls each day. From performing safety inspections to educating homeowners and recommending membership plans, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Your expertise helps keep systems running smoothly, customers happy, and our reputation for Five Star service strong.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC field experience working in single-family homes. Experience from school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is a plus but must be in addition to the required 4 years of residential service experience.
  • Must be within 30 miles of Marietta, GA (No exceptions!).
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • NATE Certification (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License (required).
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
