Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the office. The Branch Manager is responsible for promoting business for the Bank by delivering excellent customer service to existing and potential customers. The Branch Manager is responsible for the development of loan and deposit relationships. The Branch Manager represents the Bank in the area of the office location in public relations. The Branch Manager supervises the office personnel. The Branch Manager should be available to work Monday thru Saturday. “Yes, I can!” approach to business.
Requirements
TASKS:
- Supervises office personnel; includes reviewing employee performance, recommendation of salary increases, and recommendation of employee discharges, hires, and discipline.
- Conduct staff meetings as needed.
- Supervise work time for employees, schedule time off.
- Handle customer complaints/inquiries.
- May respond to ATM service calls.
- Conduct customer call program for purpose of new business development and improved customer, community relations.
- Oversee office building and grounds maintenance.
- Solicit, develop, and maintain lender-borrower relationships.
- Assist in past due collection.
- Complies with all regulatory requirements including BSA and all others specific to their position.
- Follow all Bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional, business-like appearance.
- Performs other various duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
- Education and Experience:
- High School Graduation or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to operate a computer and navigate related software for position.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to type.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- High degree of accuracy, well organized.
