We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Margaret E. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
- Monitor residents’ health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate residents and their families about health management and condition-specific needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents at all times

Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA
- Prior experience in a long-term care, residential, or neuromuscular care setting preferred
- Knowledge of neuromuscular conditions and related care requirements preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
