The Kalispell Branch of Grizzly Security is the company’s longest running branch where Grizzly Security was founded. Grizzly Security is looking to add an individual to the supervisory structure to assist in maintaining a high level of efficiency in the market. Additionally, this individual will handle day to day operations and incidents that may occur. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the items listed below, additional duties may be temporarily or permanently assigned by the senior management team.
- Providing Customer Service and Support
- Being available for day-to-day customer service issues or special requests.
- Providing adequate solutions, when possible, to accommodate customer’s special needs or requests.
- Maintaining communication with Senior Management about any customer service issues or concerns.
- Maintenance of ATM accounts - this includes any and all functions which are related to providing the necessary services to the ATMs of Grizzly Security and its Customers.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Oversight
- Maintaining regular service work to company vehicles.
- Communicating any issues with company vehicles to senior management to determine best course of action for repair.
- Ensuring that all company vehicles are kept in a clean and orderly fashion by other employees.
- Employee Oversight
- Assuring employee adherence to company policies and procedures along with notification to management if those policies and procedures are inadequately met.
- Relaying any employee concerns to senior management team.
- Proving insight on any possible changes to an employee’s status.
- Monitoring of employee time keeping system.
- Scheduling
- Maintaining a monthly schedule ensuring that all routes are adequately covered to the necessary standards set forth by our insurance requirements.
- Supervisor’s duties will continue to require obligations to armored vehicle routes along with new duties in an office setting.
- Arranging coverage for sick or absent employees.
- Minimizing overtime.
- Billing
- Transferring all ATM repairs and off schedule services into the standard billing template and transferring that information to Senior Management.
- Ensuring that all services are accounted for and billed out correctly.
- Communication with Senior Management
- Notifying overseeing manager of any employee or customer related issues.
- Relaying any areas of concern that pertain to the operation of this market to overseeing manager.
- Adhering to direction given by senior management in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Regular status updates as to the general operation and business conducted in the Kalispell Market
The person in this position will be directly overseen by members of senior management who will be in regular communication with this employee along with other employees in this market. The senior management team will oversee relationships with large customers and financial institutions although the supervisor will be involved in that process to varying degrees as the situation dictates. Any hiring and disciplinary action will be handled by a member of senior management though it will be commonly necessary for our supervisor to provide input to the senior management team concerning either process.
The Kalispell Branch Supervisor will also need to maintain a current license with the Montana Board of Private Security with an armed endorsement. Many of the responsibilities related to this position will require the carrying of a firearm while on the job and it is a requirement by Montana law to have a Private Security Guard license to conduct day-to-day operations. Training and licensing for this position will be provided by Grizzly Security. While experience in the fields of security or transportation is preferred, all applicants with managerial experience are encouraged to apply.
