Compensation: $55,000 – $68,000 + Monthly & Quarterly Incentives

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations
• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Sell repairs and services to help the shop hit sales goals
• Drive team performance and uphold company standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & clean MVR
• 2+ years automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year in service advisor role or proven ability to sell
• Strong leadership, performance management, and P&L experience
• Ability to motivate, solve problems, and deliver results
