On behalf of Resicum International, I am pleased to offer you a position as a certificated flight

instructor located at Craig Air Field in Selma, AL.

In this position, your pay will be $29/hr, $2320 biweekly. This amount is paid each pay period.

on the 10th and 25th of each month (24 pay periods per year). This is equal to an annual total.

of $60,320. Upon acceptance of this offer, you agree to complete one year of service with the

company.

You are eligible for benefits offered to all Resicum International LLC CONUS

employees. These include a health/dental/vision plan, a 401(k) plan, group life insurance,

and long-term and short-term disability insurance. You will have the option to choose

from the various benefits during your in-processing period, which will commence upon

onboarding.

Your start date will be provided upon acceptance, and you will report to the work location previously mentioned above.

0700-1600, or an 8-hour shift accordingly, daily with time off (1 hour) for lunch.

We recognize that you retain the option, as does the company, of ending your employment at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause. As such, your employment with the

company is at-will, and neither this letter nor any other oral or written representations may be

considered a contract for any specific period of time.

Upon accepting this offer, you will report to Efthemios Vassilopanagos until further notice.
