What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach shop employees to meet goals
• Manage workflow, inventory, and P&L
• Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve issues
• Hire, train, and mentor team members
• Sell repairs and services using proven techniques

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year in sales or proven ability to sell
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
