Advanced Air Systems is hiring an Apprentice HVAC Technician who is eager to learn the trade and build a long-term career in HVAC. This is a hands-on, entry-level role working alongside experienced technicians in residential and light commercial environments.

What You’ll Do as an Apprentice HVAC Technician:

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, service, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems
   
• Learn how to diagnose HVAC systems and perform basic repairs
   
• Support installs of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
   
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
   
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
   
• Follow safety procedures and company processes
  
   

What We’re Looking For in our HVAC Service Technician:

• Strong interest in starting a career in HVAC
   
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
   
• Ability to work with tools and perform physical tasks
   
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
   
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
   
• No HVAC experience required (training provided)

It would be great if you had:

• Trade school or technical coursework  
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain  
• Previous hands-on or construction-related experience
