Founders 3 is looking for a PART-TIME Concierge for one of our premier condominium properties in downtown Milwaukee, Point on the River. The part-time schedule is: Thursday evenings, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 1 weekend per month (Saturdays 8am-3pm and Sundays 8am-2pm) This is a shared role with flexibility to work with your co-worker on schedule. Other hours may be available during the week for special projects or coverage, if desired.
The Concierge will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to residents, guests, and contractors who need assistance. You will monitor the state of the building, regarding security, safety, and cleanliness, and general operations conditions, and communicate with appropriate personnel to correct any issues, especially during non-business hours. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will follow directions of the Property Manager regarding communication and organization and use the Property Manager as a resource.
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Reliable, courteous, responsible personality
- Comfortable working around a diverse group of people
- Able to react to a variety of events and situations
- Able to react calmly and appropriately in an emergency
