Position Summary
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (RSD), the Sales Director (SD) is responsible for meeting location financial targets, prioritizing client satisfaction and leading the includes sales operations at an assigned location. Recruits, trains, and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales and profitability goals. Develops and establishes plans and strategies for both B2B and B2C customers to maintain and grow existing base.

Essential Responsibilities
Revenue
- Attainment of location budget through leadership of team and personal quota achievement.
- Deliver weekly forecasts to RSD – including contributing data points for over/under achievement
- Promote and increase sales in all company product categories
- Review all orders and customer data entry for accuracy
- Align with RSD and GM to review monthly financials and develop action plans as needed
- Ensure all processes are followed to maximize capture rate and profitability
Client Satisfaction
- Monitor and participate in client business reviews, documenting all relevant information in company system and scheduling any follow up activities.
- Respond to all guest satisfaction detractors and document actions taken
- Organize local client advisory events as needed
Leadership
- In alignment with the RSD, lead the location sales team. This includes recruitment, training, ongoing development, motivation and, when needed, discipline.
- Create and execute on a local association and chamber of commerce engagement strategy.
- Organize activities to celebrate success and promote company culture
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Quest
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- What is required to perform the essential functions.
- 2+ years of Sales direction
- Experience: 2+ years of successfully managing a team within the events, hospitality, or related industries
- Education: Degree or secondary education preferred
