What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute our IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Support regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management in partnership with specialized teams.
- Lead digital transformation and spearhead AI initiatives.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and user-friendly technology for both employees and customers.
- Recruit, develop, and empower a talented IT team

Direct Reports: IT Team, System Admins, Support Staff

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in IT, 3+ in leadership (financial services required)
- Deep knowledge of banking tech, regulations, and security
- Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills
- AI and digital transformation experience a plus
