What will I be doing:
- Answer, and routes calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate messages and following up as needed
- Determine the purpose of the call and transfer to the appropriate person
- Schedule and confirms appointments, consultations, and meetings using company scheduling tools and calendars
- Escalate urgent calls or sensitive situations to the appropriate leader
Requirements
What do I need to bring to the table:
- 1+ year of receptionist, call center, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Calm professional phone presence
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
- Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm
