We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Assistant to work closely with the Operations Manager/Owner and play a hands-on role in crop production and farm operations. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build valuable agricultural skills in a collaborative environment. This position is full-time, year-round.

  • Tillage
  • Grain cart operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of crop operations experience
  • Application/sprayer experience and certification is desired
• Class A CDL is preferred, or the ability to successfully obtain within a specific period
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Proficient in the use of farm equipment technology experience with John Deere monitors and precision      technology is desired
