Join the Harley-Davidson team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk and help keep our dealership’s parts and accessories moving efficiently! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual to handle incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of parts and accessories.
· Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and on schedule.
· Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and inventory area.
· Collaborate with the Parts and Service Departments to fulfill internal requests.
· Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred (automotive or motorcycle dealership experience a plus).
· Basic understanding of inventory management principles and procedures.
· Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment safely (computer, barcode scanner, pallet jack, etc.).
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software (Talon, CDK, or similar).
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.
ADA Essential Duties
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
· Ability to push, pull, or maneuver parts boxes and equipment as needed.
· Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
