What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the direction, coordination, and completion of assigned projects—ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing contracts and creating shop drawing submittals for customer approval.
  • Collaborating with customers to finalize project details and manage deadlines.
  • Issuing and tracking RCOs, approvals, and reporting to the project accountant.
  • Coordinating with the Installation Department for field measurements and scheduling.
  • Assisting with project accounting (billing, AR/AP, P&L) and preparing closeout documents.
  • Building strong relationships with customer project teams and promoting repeat business.
  • Educating customers on Blake Solutions’ processes, lead times, and logistics.
Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years      reading Architectural & Interior Design plans.
  • Technical      Skills:      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and Adobe      Acrobat. Knowledge of 20/20 and/or CAD is a plus.
  • Education: 4-year degree      preferred.
  • Core      Competencies: 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Confidence in decision-making and negotiation.
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures.
